Hello Kevin. I just read The Weight Loss Cure because I’m going to lose only about 20-30 pounds. A few years ago I lost 100 pounds and have some stretch marks and loose skin (around the waist and neck). What intrigued me the most was the skin-tightening benefits of the skin when using HCG. If I follow the Phase I protocol in the book, I’ll most likely will have lost all the weight I need to in the first 30 days without the benefits of the HCG. Should I just skip Phase I and go directly to Phase II to obtain the maximum skin-tightening benefits of the HCG? Please advise.
