KSAL News

Kansas Attorney General Steve Six is alerting consumers about possible unauthorized charges that may appear on their monthly telephone bills.

These charges are often listed as “enhanced services” and are billed on behalf of another company that specializes in voicemail and/or email services. The Attorney General’s Office has received more than 100 complaints in the past 12 months and is currently conducting an investigation.

If you have received a similar charge, contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.
