I’ve been eating organic foods for three decades and have experienced the evolution of small privately owned family farm operations being either bought-out, or forced-out and are now owned by large corporations again. I noticed that I have to make a point to research it out who the parent company is. Can I trust organic foods grown by Heinz and Kraft, General Mills, etc. Could you talk about this. Why are they hiding themselves? Has the quality gone down? Do you know how and why these small farms were sold?
