New Research Shows Liposuction Is A Big Fat Lie
May 13th, 2011
Natural News
By: Sherry Baker
Liposuction, a minimally invasive surgical procedure that uses small cannulas to literally suck fat out of the body and reshape problem areas like “spare tires” and large thighs, has become one of the most popular plastic surgeries in the country. In fact, since it became widely available in 1974, there are now more than 450,000 liposuctions performed a year.
After almost three decades of use, you might think plastic surgeons would know just about everything there is to know about liposuction. But new research reveals one big fat problem: it turns out that the sucked out blubber comes back.
And it comes back in other places — potentially making an even bigger cosmetic problem when a person develops fatty areas he or she never had before. In fact, a study by Teri L. Hernandez, PhD, RN and Robert H. Eckel, MD, at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, have found that the fat eventually returns within only a year. The lumps of fat are redistributed to other areas of the body, especially adding fat to the upper abdomen. What’s more, the scientists also found further redistribution of fat around the shoulders and triceps of the arms.
“The fact that fat returned is of great interest to us as scientists. It supports the idea that levels of body fat are very tightly regulated by mechanisms we have yet to uncover,” Dr. Eckel said in a statement to the media. “This was the hypothesis we were testing and it was confirmed. In rodents when fat is removed it returns, and after weight loss in humans most everyone regains the weight. We think the brain somehow knows how much fat is on board and responds in a manner to regulate that weight. That’s why preventing obesity is so important.”
Why didn’t researchers look into this downside to lipo years ago? The study, which was just published in the journal Obesity, was hard to pull off because it required multiple resources, considerable manpower and expensive scans to measure fat levels precisely. The University of Colorado is one of only a handful of research centers and universities that could carry out this type of highly controlled study.
Obesity researchers, according to the press statement, were not surprised the fat came back. That’s because previous studies in animals have shown that after surgical removal of fat, the fat usually just comes right back, although in other areas. The University of Colorado liposuction study was the first randomized controlled trial of its kind in humans.
“We must emphasize that liposuction surgery is not a weight loss procedure,” said Dr. Hernandez.
In fact, especially with this new revelation about liposuction, it makes more sense than ever to reshape your body through exercise and diet instead of turning to surgical procedures which, apparently, will suck out your fat from here, only to have it come back over there.

How Cursive Writing Affects Brain Development
May 13th, 2011

By: Matthew J. Geiger
Outside of the United States, cursive writing is taught before children learn how to print. Although many of us neglect our cursive writing skills, except to sign a document now and again, due to the advent of computer technology; however, cursive writing is both more efficient and more natural when mastered before print. Because children are developing their fine motor skills, cursive writing allows them to gradually improve their eye-hand coordination versus straight lines that strain students.
The first step in developing our cognitive abilities is the development of our fine motor skills. As our brains learn to connect our inner worlds to the external universe, we begin to recognize abstract ideas like awareness of others and perception. Cursive writing affords us the opportunity to naturally train these find motor skills by taking advantage of a child’s inability to fully control their fingers. This means cursive writing acts as a building block versus as a stressor. With a less strenuous learning experience, children can progress in their learning at a faster, more efficient rate.
Pushing a child to develop faster than what can honestly be expected may actually stunt growth or foster new issues like low self-esteem. Because print writing requires some fairly precise movements, young children can have difficulty learning, thus cursive writing helps them develop the skills they need to do more precise activities like printing. As a consequence, their fine motor skills and cognitive abilities may be more likely to develop faster, thereby, giving children the tools they need to develop more sophisticated mental tools.
At the same time, cursive writing exists to help us write with more precision at a faster rate. If a child learns to write at a faster rate, he or she may well become faster when it comes to thinking. Meanwhile, the ability to express ideas far more quickly may translate into an opportunity to explore more complex concepts. This forces our brains to work harder when it comes to coordination and cognitive abilities. Accordingly, the brain develops faster and stronger by the fact that ideas can be expressed more readily.
Moreover, cursive writing is a skill often neglected in the United States. Part of this is the result of schools teaching print as the primary writing styles first. Unfortunately, cursive writing capitalizes on our natural maturing process, thus it enables us to learn more efficiently. While we are only beginning to understand the impact of learning on our brain development, cursive writing can be quite beneficial. Not only does it help us learn, it allows to children to gradually improve their find motor skills at a stronger pace while our cognitive abilities are always improved by greater learning.

Chipotle, Undocumented Workers, And The Trouble With ‘Enforcement-Only’ Immigration

Miguel Bravo’s year-and-a-half-long stint working at a Chipotle in Washington, D.C., came to an abrupt end on March 9. That day, he says, he and his co-workers learned that their manager had just been let go in the midst of an audit of the burrito chain by U.S. immigration officials. As Bravo tells it, when the workers went to the back of the restaurant to talk with a Chipotle representative, they were replaced with a new crew out front.
Suddenly without a job, Bravo started stretching his dollars, looking for work, and speaking out about what he considered an unfair parting with Chipotle. What the 28-year-old immigrant didn’t do was pack his bags and return to El Salvador. After all, it would have made little economic sense to do so. A worker in El Salvador is lucky to earn a few dollars a day, if he can find work at all. Papers or no, Bravo was staying in America.
Not surprisingly, the American fast-food industry still had a place for him. Within two months, Bravo found another job in Washington with a major restaurant chain that he declined to name. “It’s easier, and there’s less pressure,” he says of the new gig. Though he earns just $8 an hour now — one dollar less than he’d been pulling in at Chipotle, he says — Bravo hopes to continue sending $500 a month back home to the wife and two children who he hasn’t seen since coming to America eight years ago.
Bravo’s decision says a lot about the challenges facing U.S. officials as Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) goes after companies with undocumented workers on its payrolls. The Obama administration has generally adopted an “enforcement-only” policy on immigration, stepping up the auditing of companies while so far declining to push a specific plan for comprehensive immigration reform. (The President’s highly anticipated speech this week on the matter was quickly panned as vague and lacking substance.) As Reuters has been reporting, Chipotle is perhaps the most visible company now in ICE’s crosshairs, with a close look at its books forcing the company to shed hundreds of workers in Minnesota, Virginia, and Washington. According to the Wall Street Journal, the Chipotle probe has widened to Atlanta and Los Angeles as well.
But advocates of comprehensive reform like to point out that few, if any, of the fired Chipotle workers seem to be giving up on the idea of U.S. employment. The workers simply move to other jobs, perhaps elsewhere in the fast food industry, like Bravo, or elsewhere, moving off the books entirely to work for smaller and less conspicuous employers than Chipotle. No number of audits, these advocates point out, can change global economics.
“They’re not going anywhere,” Sarahi Uribe, an organizer with the National Day Laborer Organizing Network, says of the D.C. workers. Uribe was walking outside the Chipotle on March 9 when she saw Bravo’s crew standing outside. Since then, she’s advocated on their behalf.
Rather than leave, several of the workers have grown quite vocal. They are demanding back pay for unused vacation, severance pay, and a public apology from Chipotle. Yet in a statement to The Huffington Post, Chipotle spokesperson Chris Arnold disputed the workers’ version, saying that many of the former Washington employees had provided fraudulent work papers and that “most of them simply walked away from their jobs, others were let go,” when the company addressed the situation. He also said Chipotle had paid “everyone everything they were owed.”
“Some of these workers have worked at Chipotle for six years, and they’ve lived in the District of Columbia for even longer,” says Uribe. “They have U.S. citizen children. Some of them are pregnant. They’re part of this community.”
Politicians often talk about the need to bring undocumented workers “out of the shadows,” but in many ways the Chipotle workers were already halfway out, working “on the front lines, facing the public,” says Audrey Singer, a demographer with the Brookings Institution. Even immigration hardliners would have to agree that’s a better arrangement than having them working under the table, for sub-minimum wages and under dangerous conditions, in the tobacco fields of North Carolina or the tomato fields of Florida. Considering the unlikelihood that the fired Chipotle workers will simply leave, “the question is whether they will be driven further underground,” says Singer.

Deutsche Bank Accused Of Massive Mortgage Fraud, Sued for $1 Billion By U.S. Government

The Justice Department sued Deutsche Bank AG, one of the world’s 10 biggest banks by assets, on Tuesday for at least $1 billion for defrauding taxpayers by “repeatedly” lying to a federal agency when securing taxpayer-backed insurance for thousands of shoddy mortgages.
MortgageIT, a subsidiary of Germany’s largest lender, egregiously violated federal rules that came with government backing on more than 39,000 mortgages worth more than $5 billion since 1999, according to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court.
By funneling risky mortgages to the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Federal Housing Administration, MortgageIT’s loans were guaranteed with the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. A third of those mortgages, or about 12,500, have since defaulted, leaving the government on the hook.
On more than 3,100 of its FHA-guaranteed mortgages that have defaulted, HUD has paid more than $386 million in claims to the owners of the mortgage debt, according to the lawsuit. More than two-thirds of those mortgages defaulted within two years of origination.
As of February, more than 7,500 additional mortgages, with more than $888 million in unpaid principal balances, also had defaulted without HUD paying any claims. About half of those defaulted within the first two years.
The agency expects to pay “at least hundreds of millions of dollars” in additional claims as more risky mortgages default in the months and years ahead, according to the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Deutsche Bank made “substantial profits” by selling these loans to investors, the suit claims. Federal authorities identified some of the MortgageIT practices that now form the basis of its suit as far back as 2003. Despite warnings, the problems continued.
The Justice Department is seeking damages three times the amount HUD has already shelled out for defaulted mortgages with allegedly fraudulently-obtained government insurance, plus additional penalties for each mortgage that broke federal rules.
While private investors have thus far faced a long, slow war battling lenders and connected Wall Street firms to buy back toxic mortgages investors claim were sold to them fraudulently, the government’s suit is fairly straightforward. As part of the FHA program MortgageIT participated in, lenders are required to annually certify that they check basic records like borrowers’ incomes, credit history and employment record. The lenders also are required to review loans that quickly default to guard against sloppy lending practices, and act in the government’s best interests because taxpayers are bearing the risks for potentially poor loans.
Deutsche did none of those things, according to the lawsuit.
The lender “recklessly selected mortgages that violated program rules in blatant disregard of whether borrowers could make mortgage payments,” the government claims. “While Deutsche Bank and MortgageIT profited from the resale of these government-insured mortgages, thousands of American homeowners have faced default and eviction.”
Deutsche acquired MortgageIT for about $430 million in January 2007. At the time, Deutsche said MortgageIT was “one of the fastest-growing and largest residential mortgage loan originators in the U.S.” and would help the bank expand its mortgage securitization business.
On Tuesday, a Deutsche spokeswoman, Renee Calabro, said that “close to 90 percent of the activity” alleged in the lawsuit occurred prior to the bank’s purchase of the lending unit.
“We believe the claims against MortgageIT and Deutsche Bank are unreasonable and unfair, and we intend to defend against the action vigorously,” Calabro said in a statement.
From 2007 through early 2009, Robert Khuzami, the current head of enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission, served as Deutsche’s lawyer overseeing regulatory matters and investigations. He was not named in the Justice Department’s suit.
In the suit, authorities spelled out a variety of alleged abuses that paint the Deutsche subsidiary as a reckless lender that employed minimal oversight over its operations. When alert employees raised concerns over violations, upper management, including the president of MortgageIT at the time, failed to act, the suit claims.

One Lot of Coumadin Recalled Over Potency Fears
May 12th, 2011

By: Linda Doell
Bristol-Myers Squibb recalled one lot of its blood thinner medicine Coumadin after tests showed the tablets could be more potent than the dosage, said the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Coumadin — also known as warfarin sodium — is prescribed to treat and prevent blood clots, and to lower the risk of heart attacks and strokes. However, too much of the active ingredient in the medication means there would be an increased risk of bleeding, the FDA said.
Consumers should talk to their doctors immediately if they experience any problems, including pain, swelling, headache and dizziness, unusual bruising, nosebleeds and bleeding from cuts that take a long time to stop.
Included in the recall is one lot of 1,000-count bottles of Coumadin Crystalline 5 mg tablets, lot number 9H49374A, with an expiration date of September 30, 2012. The bottles were distributed to pharmacies for further dispensing to consumers.
Bristol-Myers Squibb said the recall is precautionary and is based on the company’s testing of tablets from a returned bottle. The tests showed a single table was higher in potency than expected.
Consumers should continue taking the medicine but should contact their pharmacist to see if they have tablets from the recalled lot. If so, they should contact their doctors immediately.
For further information, consumers can call Bristol-Myers Squib at (866) 918-8739.
In February, Upsher-Smith Laboratories recalled a single lot of its Jantoven Warfarin Sodium USP 3 mg tablets because a bottle contained higher-strength (10 mg) tablets.

Gold and Silver Fall Due To Dollar’s Rise

By: Yatin Karnik
U.S. gold turned and fell on Wednesday. Gold dropped $14.80, or 0.98%, to close at $1,501.00 an ounce. Gold prices hit an intraday low of $1,495.90 and a high of $1526.20 an ounce. Gold prices are right at Bollinger band’s middle band. Relative strength indicator is sitting at 52.38.
Silver futures prices for July delivery, now the most active contrast, dropped a whopping $3.31, or 8.60%, to close at $35.16 per ounce on the Comex in New York. Silver prices hit an intraday low of $35.00 and a high of $39.46. The relative strength indicator sits at 37.13.
For every stock that rose, there were three stocks that declined. Total volume of shares that traded on New York Stock Exchange was north of 980 million. The correction in commodities last week is the first shaking of the tree that should not be ignored. In my opinion it was an early indication of short term top being put in both commodity markets and equity markets. I think, the recent turbulence in equities and especially in commodities market is not transitory. These head winds are here to stay in the short to medium term.
On the currency front, the euro fell more than 1% against the U.S. dollar, because Standard & Poor’s thinks that Portuguese banks may need additional government support. China’s CPI (consumer-price index) climbed 5.3% in April year-over-year, while wholesale inflation climbed 6.8%, year-over-year. Analysts’ expectations were 5.2% for the CPI and 7.3% for wholesale inflation. In my opinion, when some traders cite China inflation numbers behind Wednesday’s commodities sell-off, that’s just not true. These numbers were mixed at best, with CPI above expectation but wholesale inflation well below expectation.
Wednesday’s sell-off triggered a brief and unusual halt in petroleum products’ futures trading. This prompted the CME Group, that operates the New York Mercantile Exchange and electronic trading platform CME Globex to expand daily trading range allowed by the exchange. Intuitively, expanding daily trading range would allow for higher volatility and larger price swings, but the thesis behind expanding the trading range is to allow traders with long exposure to commodities futures to exit their positions safely.
For the long term investor, both gold and silver are undoubtedly heading higher. But for a swing trader, silver will pose an excellent buying opportunity to get long at lower prices in coming day or two. I think silver and gold, both will settle the week lower. For the faint heart, staying away from precious metal for next couple of trading sessions might be a good idea. For aggressive traders, best risk reward is presented by getting short exposure to silver.
If you believe in the gold and silver story, you can take advantage of the drop in gold prices by getting short exposure to GLD (iShares Gold Trust) or UGL (ProShares Ultra Gold). You can also benefit by getting long exposure to GLL (ProShares UltraShort Gold). You can take advantage of the drop in silver prices by getting short exposure to SLV (iShares Silver Trust) or AGQ (ProShares Ultra Silver). You can also benefit by getting long exposure to ZSL (ProShares UltraShort Silver).

Studies Show Drinking Coffee May Reduce Risk of Breast Cancer
May 12th, 2011
NaturalNews.com
By: S.L. Baker
Breast cancer is a serious concern for women. According to the National Cancer Institute, the disease took about 50,000 lives last year in the U.S. alone. But the mainstream media, as well as mainstream medicine, often treat breast cancer as something that strikes out of the blue — giving women no choice but to hope they are not one of the “unlucky” ones to get breast cancer. At the same time this subjects women to to mammography so a malignancy can be spotted early, despite the fact the actual radiation exposure associated with mammograms is known to raise the risk of breast cancer in some women.
But here’s good news. Scientists studying natural compounds in plants are finding many may offer some level of protection against breast cancer. That means women can start taking control of their breast cancer risk by paying attention to what they eat and drink. In detailed research just published in BioMed Central’s open access journal Breast Cancer Research, scientists from Sweden’s prestigious Karolinska Institute present compelling evidence that something in coffee slashes the risk of breast cancer.
The new study concludes that drinking coffee specifically reduces the risk of what researchers call anti-estrogen-resistant estrogen-receptor (ER) negative breast cancer, dubbed ER-negative breast cancer for short.
The Sweden research team compared lifestyle factors and coffee consumption between women with breast cancer and women the same age that did not have any breast malignancies. It turns out that coffee drinkers had a far lower incidence of breast cancer overall than women who rarely drank coffee.
Delving further into the impact of coffee, the scientists looked at several lifestyle factors that affect breast cancer rates, including age at menopause, exercise, weight, education, and a family history of breast cancer. Once they had adjusted their data to account for all of these factors, they found that the protective effect of coffee on breast cancer zeroed on one type of the disease — the ER-negative breast cancer.
Although the evidence appears strong that coffee has beneficial effects in protecting women from ER-negative breast cancer, it’s not clear just what the mechanism and compounds involved are. The researchers noted in a statement to the media that the protection from coffee may be due to way the coffee is prepared, or perhaps the type of coffee bean used.
Bottom line: as NaturalNews has reported previously, the new coffee study is the latest in a growing body of scientific data showing that natural substances are formidable weapons to both prevent various types of breast cancer and even halt cancerous growth once cells are malignant.
For example, in a study published in the journal Crop Science, Colorado State University scientists studied the anti-cancer activity of six kinds of dry legumes and found consumption of every kind of bean reduced the incidence of cancer and tumors in animal models.
In addition, Elaine Hardman, PhD, associate professor of medicine at Marshall University School of Medicine, gives this advice to women based on her cancer research: eat more walnuts. Her research strongly suggests those nuts can substantially reduce the risk of breast cancer.

GM Soy Destroying Children
May 12th, 2011
NaturalNews.com
By: Kaitlyn Moore
Soy, once touted as a medical miracle, has been outed. Ninety-one percent of the soy we consume is tainted by the filth of the GMO machine, literally the most quietly kept epidemic of our lifetime. Soy makes up a large portion of the diet for the chickens, pigs, and cows some of us eat. Even the vegetarian/vegan community is exposed as a number of meat substitutes list soy as a main ingredient. Soy and soybean oil have wiggled their way into a wide array of processed foods including salad dressings, peanut butter, tamari, mayonnaise, crackers, baby formula, baked good mixes, textured vegetable protein, and the list goes on. So unless you are eating an organic version of any of the above, there is a good chance you are exposing yourself to GMO soy.
Genetically engineered crops are destroying the environment, the health of indigenous communities, and ultimately our health as end of the chain consumers. The American Academy of Environmental Medicine has reported a number of studies. Their results? Frightening. Think major issues like infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, and even changes in the cellular structure of major organs. Also, as a result of the antibiotic resistant genes within GE food, they are the highly suspected culprits behind the new “superbug.” The animals involved in the studies ended up deformed, sterile, and dead.
Children are the most susceptible to these harmful effect, since they are constantly in a state of high growth; parents should take care. GMO foods, and especially soy, have been tied to an increase in allergies, asthma, and a propensity to get antibiotic resistant infections.
None of this would surprise any of the individuals in various South America countries that live near GM crops. South America is the world’s largest provider of soy.
A recent story in the UK Telegraph revealed that the herbicides used on GM soy are so toxic that direct contact often results in severe illness and sometimes death. Petrona Villasboa is one of those that has faced direct loss. Her son was accidenatlly sprayed by one of the machines that are often spraying Monsanto’s Roundup on the surrounding crops. Silvino Talavera died that same day – and it was a horrible death. That’s not all – Non GMO farmers are being displaced, and those that stay run a calculated risk. Mothers living close to GM farmland are twice as likely to have a fetus with a birth deformity.
The industry doesn’t want this information out there. Monsanto provides over 90 percent of GMO soy seeds and related herbicides to farmers worldwide.
Agent Orange was one of Monsanto’s first herbicides and the resulting effect to U.S soldiers and Vietnamese citizens was reprehensible.
Scientist who push to hard to get a widespread scientific inquiry about the devastating effects of GE foods have had subtle and not-so-subtle pressure applied and been forced to back off their findings.
Just as efforts are underway to assist these farmers in seeing the benefits of growing organic food as a means of survival and commerce, the end consumer must also make a change. Soy purchases must be viewed in a whole new light. The best way to protect your family from these potential harmful effects is to remove it from your diet or stick to strictly organic soy and organic processed foods.

Mobile Phones Soon Required to Receive, Display White House Propaganda Messages

By: Mike Adams
If you’re tired of all the half-truths, the propaganda and the complete disinformation that has been spewing from the White House for at least the last twelve years, you can always turn off your television. Switch off the radio. Or just like everybody else, stop reading printed newspapers. But the U.S. government has decided it must reach you with its official propaganda one way or another, so now it is mandating that all mobile phones sold in the United States automatically receive and display “terror messages” from the White House.
Verizon and AT&T have already signed on to the scheme, and starting in 2012, all mobile phones will be required to have this capability. This “feature” will continue for as long as the U.S. federal government continues to exist. Can you imagine what Bush would have done with this technology?
The very idea that the White House is the best source of emergency information is unbelievably arrogant to begin with. If anything, over the last several presidents we’ve seen that the White House is probably the worst source of information you can possibly find. It is the least likely to dish out information based on facts because it always has a one-sided political agenda. To think that the White House is a credible source of information about anything is to exist in an elaborate fairytale land where facts don’t matter at all.
Alerts are mandated
Interestingly, you can’t turn off the White House alerts, meaning you’ll be forced to read whatever current disinfo is being passed off as some kind of alert. Watch out! Bin Laden is in your refrigerator! No wait, he’s stealing your light bulbs! Or as former president George Bush was fond of saying, “Today’s terror color is ORANGE!”
Get ready for a barrage of utterly fabricated, socially-engineered propaganda to be “pushed” to the population via their mobile phones. This is George Orwell’s Ministry of Truth in full operation mode, clued right in to people’s fingertips. If you’re going to control the sheeple, after all, you have to have a way to push your disinfo into their heads, and this mobile phone push technology is about as good as it gets.
The FCC also says the system can push Amber alerts and any other information the government wants to put in front of your face. So on the day the dollar is crashing, you’ll all be sent a message, “Everything is fine. The banks are merely on a short holiday. Do not be concerned…”
Or I suppose the next time a nuclear power plant goes Chernobyl in the USA, and there’s radioactive fallout threatening America, the White House can send out an alert that says, “Do NOT prepare. There is nothing to be concerned about. We have it all under control.”
Someone needs to write a White House alert translator that takes the official alerts and translates them into reality. “Do not be concerned” would translate to, “The nation is on the verge of panic,” for example. “Your money is safe” means “your money is about to disappear.” And “We have it under control” means “it’s completely out of control.”
So the alert that reads, “Do not be concerned. Your money is safe. We have it under control.” actually means your money is about to become worthless and the nation will break down into a panic that will get completely out of control.
What we really need is an alternative news push
What America really needs is for mobile phones to carry an alert system from the alternative media. We’d push messages like, “Did you know mammograms cause breast cancer?” Or, “There is cancer-causing poison in hot dogs and bacon.” One tip each day, you see, based on solid facts that people really need to know. “Have you read the warning label on that vaccine?”
But of course the FCC would never allow truthful messages to be broadcast through this alert system. It only exists for propaganda, not factual information that might be useful to people.
Speaking of pushing information, NaturalNews is working on an iPhone app that will push alerts to users, but of course you have to want the alerts (and install the app) in order to receive them. The White House, on the other hand, will be pushing alerts to everyone, even if they never signed up for them. And you can’t turn them off, either. It’s a forced system in the same way that the federal government uses force for everything else: FDA raids on vitamin companies, DEA arrests of licensed medical marijuana growers, FTC threats on herbal product companies, and so on.
They’d better make sure to get their timing right on these alerts. If they send out an alert that says, “There has been a dirty bomb terrorist attack in New York” but they accidentally send it before the attack happens, some people will do the math and figure out what’s up.
You can bet the White House won’t send any alerts that you really need to know. “The U.S. national debt has hit $16 trillion and your economic future is now in doubt.” Don’t hold your breath waiting for that alert to appear on your mobile phone anytime soon.
“The U.S. dollar has been devalued yet again today by the quantitative easing of the Federal Reserve, which keeps printing trillions of dollars in new currency that dilute the value of YOUR currency.” Again, don’t sit around waiting for that message to show up, either.
“The chemical and pharmaceutical companies have polluted our farms, streams, rivers and oceans, rendering the future of life in North America questionable.” Hmmm… probably not gonna see that message, either. What you’re likely to get instead is a steady drone of “sheeple alerts” that keep people living in fear and not knowing what to do:
Red alert! Terrorists are now saying they will attack TRAINS and STADIUMS using BUTT CRACK BOMBS. So to protect you, we will install TSA checkpoints at all the train stations and sports stadiums. Please open your butt crack for inspection. Thank you for your cooperation.
