I ordered KTs Daily (3 month supply) on or about June 29. However, my mailing address was wrong (computers autofill function entered 6626 instead of 6266). I did not notice this until 10 days went by. I fired off an email to support@KTApproved.com, but received no reply after 4 days. I fired off a 2nd kind of angry email saying I expected the shipment or a refund of my $200 (since I could see the charge on my debit card). Still, no reply, but good news today, July 20 they arrived! I regret believing the worst! But, why no reply to two emails? I stopped watching the KTRN daily show online, partly because of my dissatification and partly is I needed a new temp job ASAP. So, of course, Adecco phoned today with a temp-to-hire job. I plan on watching the KTRN show daily online again and taking my new KT supplements. Also, I plan picking up my new LCC and e-commerce website which I dropped working on. Sorry, Kevin for doubting you!! I need to eliminate my tendency toward negative thinking. Better listen to your Your Wish Is Your Command CD series, WHICH I HAVE BUT HAVEN’T LISTENED TO IN SEVERAL MONTHS! OBVIOUSLY, A BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. Kevin, keep fighting for us, and keep repeating what we need to hear (Like, listen to YWIYC on a regular basis, which I also plan I doing beginning tomorrow).
