Update on Oral Arguments in Court

As you all know, we presented our oral arguments in front of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in my criminal contempt case today.

I was interested to see what both sides had to say in your case. I was very polite and respectful in my email when I wrote to Judge Gettleman and not happy to hear that others who sent emails were not. Free speech is one of the most important facets of our country and to think that it is rapidly disappearing is disheartening. It has been enlightening to hear the proceedings of your case. Judge Rovner sounds fair and just. Thanks for posting it!
These oral arguments show you how the goverment just wants to take away our Constitutional Rights, in this case specifically free speech. Also it is quite appearant (sp) that the goverment doesn’t like the fact that we have free speech and would love to change the Constitution (but knows it can’t) so they instead change the laws making it a crime to speak our minds, which violate and walk over the Constitution.
Another observation of these procedings is that the goverment will go at great lengths to find any law and the most severe law to silence whomever they want. In this case the Judge orders Kevin to jail without due process. Yet the FTC commits the same act of (submiting more evidence) without getting ordered to jail. Seems to me there is a definite government conspiracy to silence Kevin.
I did perceive from this court that Kevin should have been afforded due process of law. From a citizens perspective, I’m outraged that a Judge can just walk over the Constitution and Law like this. I can’t believe that we allow this to happen.
For one thing, I would like to hire Kevin’s lawyer if/when something like this happens to me. I wish I had the funds to afford such a lawyer:)
To Kevin: Your family and friend are with you and pray for you every day. I fell you will be vindicated from your charges. Remember “Feel good now”

What the hell, I thought we were able to say what ever we wanted, and long as no action was taken or no threats were made. There were no direct threats made the judges are trying to set in motion a new law.
They judge and opposing lawyer or arbitrator, twisting comments to
make a judgement in the court favor. The judge and court systems was
looking in every crack to find a way to be dishonest about a decision.
They can not blame another individual for something, a grown man or woman does, the individual alone are responsible for the words and
actions they take.
I heard all the double talking. I am a non white, I am accustomed
to the misuse of words, to benefit a means to an end in the favor
of a dishonest individual, individual without integrity, no morals
just a bad individual period
We want this vast oppression of mankind stopped now.

This was fun to listen to! Reminded me of watching one of those many lawyer tv shows or movies. I like Mr. Anderson, he was calm and cool. Mr. Feinerman wasn’t bad himself even though I don’t see his point getting through and he did get a bit ruffled. Judge Ilana Diamond Rovner appeared as if she sounded a bit arrogant at the beginning with that false statement she made but she then appeared fair afterward. Her voice sounds cute though. Well it’ll be interesting what the court decides but my view is that they’ll vote in KT favor. The news reports obviously are bashing KT when you listen to the oral arguments and then read the news reports, it should be obvious they’re bashing KT. I am not a blind KT follower. I don’t not agree with everything he says but so far I do agree with most of it and I research what he says. What I do know is that his books, advice, recommendations, etc have help me greatly in my life. May justice prevail! God Bless you Kevin Trudeau! Our wish is our command!
