I am in the middle of reading “The Weight Loss Cure”. I’m just kind of turning the information contained in my head. I don’t see anything that is scary, etc. that would hurt me, other than the injections. I’m not really sure that I am comfortable with that, only because I have never injected myself or someone in my life or have I heard of the substance suggested . However, the first protocol or the first 30 days is doable. I’m just not sure if I can do it 100%. Besides the financial obligation of the information listed in the book, there is nothing that will do me “harm”. I can walk, I can drink water, I can take vitamins and supplements, I can drink tea, I can eat more organic and certain things. However, I can tell ya…. I have used patches, pills, drinks, etc. With all of them, my body has been poisoned over time. I lost weight 9 years ago by drinking 3 bottles of water a day, walking around my lake (5) miles and eating more healthy recipes (Susan Powter and Richard Simmons). Guess what, I lost weight. However, 9 years later and several severe stress related situations, I’ve gained that weight back and more. All of the above is suggested in the book, plus what is said to be the “cure” for obesity. My question, what will harm me if I try these suggestions? I’ve listened to the podcast about the book and it’s legal mumbo jumbo about Mr. Trudeau’s company’s etc. Where is the evidence that people were harmed? Was it even mentioned? I just heard money and the profits of said company? The lawyer cited a case from 1949 FCS! I was turned on to your line of books through a family whose son was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. They followed your cures and guess what… his scans have remained clear. My health is going to continue to fall if I remain over weight. I am a 47 year old woman of moderate activity level. I am 5’7″ and weigh 220lbs. I don’t have high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. But, as I hit 50… those things are on the horizon. I’m fat… obese… The over the counter weight loss options give me a migraine headache and guess what…. I’ve gained 25 lbs dieting using these products. This program is not an easy one, but is any diet easy? It’s changing a way of life. People say to me all of the time..”you don’t look 200lbs! you have such a pretty face!” If I fricken hear that again. I’m fat… ok, I might have a curvy Marilyn Monroe shape, but I’m fat size 18 is not skinny! I am going to do as much as I can in this book to change my life. We’ll see. Good luck and keep the information coming. (Question: why are they suing you? We see the Kardasians daily on the Slim Quick or whatever commercials and we all know they aren’t thin still…see the new show.)

    Good luck,

    Cher F

So the lawyer thinks its a “serious violation” that Kevin said it was easy to do the weight loss steps in his book “The weight loss cure” when ALL OVER the tv, news papers and anywhere you can find advertising you see false claims that there “products” or “service” that is “suppose” to help you lose weight is easy isn’t and doesn’t do what they say!
Where is the FTC there? Answer, NO WHERE because they are all dirty criminals!
It’s only because Kevin’s book was telling the truth, period.
It’s a witch hunt plain and simple.

And later he speaks of victims, you know to have victims YOU NEED VICTIMS!
not one person even complained let alone was considered a victim and saying the people are to stupid to know they were ripped off is automatically saying the FTC is smarter then the people and that is highly offensive and to assume that the people are stupid and yet the FTC are so smart to know better sounds like to me that they are not thinking very clearly in fact you might say they might be delusional there for unbiased and unfit for there jobs, because it is INSANE to assume without any reason that 100% of everyone who bought Kevin’s book didn’t complain because they were to stupid to know better, that is absolutely insane and also why would people complain when the book DELIVERS WHAT IT SAYS, that’s not people being stupid, that’s people satisfied with results ie the 10,000 of e-mails!

And how do you argue with results?
You can’t, that simple, the only thing that can be done after is manipulating the facts and lying.

The lawyer keeps saying how people were injured or deceived, i never heard ONCE of anyone being injured or deceived (they got results) so ie that claim the lawyer is making is false and misleading, for example the drug company’s have injured 10,000′s of people killing 10,000′s and they have the gull to make such claims at Kevin? wow!

They will treat the lawyer said, Kevin’s infomercials just as they would treat anyone’s infomercials, isn’t that a bold face lie?
I have seen claims made on infomercials how easy something is and it wasn’t and nothing happen to them, hummmm interesting!
