It was good to see a discussion on CNBC today regarding Congress insider trading.
Mr. Abramson spoke about this in an interview with CNBC, following his release from prison yesterday. The CNBC hosts had quite a discussion about how a large number of Congressional members do not apply the insider trading law to themselves, and they have made huge profits.
Of course, Kevin said it long before this. Once again, Kevin was right!

Anyway, a while back you talked about a study by Harvard University that concluded something like; people that acted younger, and engaged in activities that younger people did, no matter how old they were, would have better health more like a younger person.
I was wondering if you or anyone else out there could refer me to a link to the article on that study. I think it’s fascinating and makes a lot of sense, and I’d love to see it and share that article with others.

You mentioned that congressmen and congresswomen are billioniars. In my country of origin-Bulgaria they are the same greedy,suppressive and they do not care about you and how you physically survive since 1944. There is only speaking attitude about how the government care but actually they only excuse that they can not do anything to change the situation.There is no money ,you have to be happy with a little salary and to be thankful that you have this job ,nevertheless that the money is not enough.There is an expression which said:”Kiss a hand of the company owner that you have a job”-which is absurd.That is why I am in Canada. I want more from life,relationships with people and that is why I became a GIN member.My dream is to change this attitude on the Balkans-to surpress people and make them feel unhappy and desperate.Thank You for giving us the truth and the advice how to change ourselves and how to overcome our weakness!

Kevin, I would have loved to see you at the “Longevity Now” conference. I made a choice between the going to the conference and starting three new products this month; Morrocco Method, McCombs Plan and KT Daily. I’ll take the products over hanging with a bunch of raw foodies for three days. They can be a little on the extreme side. Lot’s of good info though. I’ve attended several raw food events in Ojai with Matt and they were great, with incredible living food. OMG, the ice cream made with cashews and Thai young coconuts and vanilla bean and other raw ingredients; out of this world!
I’m so excited to be starting all these wonderful products this month. I thought I felt good before. WOW….this is going to be INCREDIBLE! I’m going to be bouncing off the walls with all this energy!
