The laws governing the sale of drugs and food additives require substances be safe for human consumption. The artificial sweetener aspartame primarily consumed in beverages and as a popular sugar substitute has consistently been found to cause tumors and brain seizures in animal subjects. In 2005, a European Cancer Research Center, the Ramazzini Foundation, called for an urgent re-examination of aspartame in food and beverages to protect children. This call is made in the face of the US FDA stand that aspartame is safe for human consumption on the ground that “aspartame as a carcinogen is not supported by data.”
Aspartame: A brief history
As early as 1960 aspartame was determined to be a dangerous chemical and the emerging research years later only served to affirm the true nature of this artificial sweetener. Over the years, aspartame has been found to create holes in brain tissue, adversely affect the brain and nerve development in the fetus, cause cancer, migraines, headaches, seizures, convulsions and even retinal damage. With this amount of negative findings, aspartame should have been removed from the market years ago!
Ironically, aspartame was indeed removed from the market after it was already approved for limited use based on tests selected by Searle, the company who originally produced the artificial sweetener. This was after Dr. John Olney, a research psychiatrist from Washington School of Medicine, revealed that consumption of aspartic acid, a major ingredient in aspartame, produced holes in the brains of animal subjects.
After two task forces that found questionable laboratory practices as well as findings, the FDA ordered a grand jury investigation of aspartame studies, but lawyers for the government failed to initiate a legal action against Searle. Time ran out, and the grand jury investigation had to be terminated. Of interest to note was that one of the lawyers for the government, U.S. attorney William Conlon, later joined the law firm representing Searle.
Unfazed by this setback, the FDA this time recommended a Public Board Inquiry which recommended that aspartame be kept off the market until further tests could prove that it did not cause tumors. This led to a formation of another team of experts brought together to look into the Public Board of Inquiry’s conclusions. This team found itself in a deadlock over aspartame approval, causing the FDA Commissioner not to approve aspartame this time.
In April 1981, Dr. Arthur Hayes was appointed the new Commissioner for the FDA and he later approved aspartame for use in dry goods. In 1983, he also approved aspartame for use in diet drinks, conveniently leaving months later to work for Searle’s advertising agency.
Diet Soda Again Linked To Heart Attacks And Strokes – But Diet Coke Remains A Top Supporter Of Heart For Truth

Diet soft drinks are considered the “healthier” alternative to high fructose corn syrup and empty calories. But the truth is that diet drinks have an evil side: new research confirms that diet soda can seriously increase your risk for heart attack and stroke. But in spite of this – and many other studies that warn us of the harmful side effects of diet soda – Diet Coke remains a staunch supporter of the Heart for Truth Campaign.
In the latest study, researchers looked at 10 years of data from 2,564 individuals enrolled in the Northern Manhattan Study. The link between diet soda and serious health issues was undeniable:those who drank diet soda on a daily basis were 43 percent more likely to experience heart attacks, stroke or vascular death.
This may be the most recent study connecting diet soda to serious health problems, but it’s far from the first. Diet drinks have been linked in previous studies to diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome. Other studies confirm the link between diet soda and heart problems. Suffice it to say there is no lack of research to support the idea that diet soda is a hazard to our long-term health.
But Diet Coke tries to preserve its positive image with marketing strategies that emphasize its support for Heart for Truth, a campaign that aims to increase heart disease awareness. Cute heart graphics are plastered on billions of cans of Diet Coke, while celebrities like Heidi Klum and Minka Kelly give public support of Diet Coke’s campaign.
While Diet Coke makes a show of supporting heart disease awareness, it certainly isn’t going out of its way to make customers aware of the possible dangers that may await them at the bottom of every can of diet soda. It seems like Diet Coke wants to sweep the evidence right under the rug.
If Diet Coke officials were truly concerned with heart health, they would simply pull their product from the shelves and apologize for endangering the public’s health for the last several decades. But since that would seriously squelch profit margins, they’d prefer to alleviate their guilt by painting red hearts all over their cans instead.

It isn’t terribly difficult to begin a new life in your own bubble of healthy eating. So then why do people often put off much needed changes in their diet? It is usually a combination of not knowing how to shift into a healthy diet and experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed because there is so much to learn. By focusing on omitting one harmful food item or ingredient from you diet at a time you will more easily transition towards the healthy lifestyle you strive for, and the process will be very easy.
1. Sugar | A Toxic Consumption
Avoid sugar, especially while in the form of high-fructose corn syrup. Sugar is currently a rather large problem growing at a steady and rapid pace, so much so that scientists are declaring a health crisis over the widespread over-consumption of sugar. Americans alone are consuming 475 calories worth of added sugars daily on average, which equates to about 30 teaspoons of sugar. The consumption of sugar is largely fueling cancer and obesity rates while also playing a role in rising rates of heart disease and diabetes. Sugar in the form of high-fructose corn syrup is especially damaging to your health, as it is heavily processed and often contains toxic mercury. Try to avoid high-fructose corn syrup completely while also limiting sugar consumption more and more each day.
2. Artificial Sweeteners Lurking In Your Food
Avoid aspartame. Aspartame is an artificial sweetener and excitotoxin commonly found in diet sodas. An excitotoxin is named for its ability to ‘excite’ the cells of the body into overproducing a particular chemical, thus burning them out prematurely. This sweetener possesses detrimental cancerous effects and should be avoided. One study involved feeding 48 mice diet soda and resulted in up to 67 percent of all female rats developed tumors roughly the size of golf balls or larger. Sold as Nutrasweet and Equal, aspartame has been shown to lead to many forms of neurological diseases as well as cancer. What’s more, the substance is created using genetically modified bacteria.

Most people drink diet soda in an effort to take in fewer calories, to help keep their weight down or take some off.
But a recent study shows drinking it could have unexpected consequences – namely, the OPPOSITE of what consumers intended.
The study, which was cited in EatingWell magazine, was done at the University of Texas. It showed that people who drank two or more diet sodas daily had a six-times-greater increase in waist circumference at the end of the 10-year study span those who didn’t drink diet soda at all.

“Will vaccinate my baby for food!” That seems to be the goal of a program launched last year by the UnitedHealthcare health insurance company of Michigan. It has resorted to enticing parents with junk food to convince them to inject their infants with potentially deadly vaccines containing brain-damaging chemicals. This has been revealed in a letter acquired by NaturalNews and signed by Stephanie Esters, a vaccine-pushing RN who works for UnitedHealthcare.
The letter declares “Get a FREE $20 McDonalds, Rite Aid, Target or Meijer Gift Card when your child gets recommended shots before their second birthday.” It even goes on to offer a “FREE ride to the doctor” for those who are so poor that they don’t own cars.
Childhood vaccines, of course, are loaded with extremely toxic chemical adjuvants — chemicals designed to cause neurological inflammation in order to invoke an immunological reaction. Vaccines also contain both mercury and aluminum, both of which are highly toxic brain poisons. This is why many children who are injected with such vaccines become autistic virtually overnight (their brains are poisoned beyond their biological threshold).
While the fundamental science of inoculation is debatable, the adding of neuro-toxic chemicals to today’s vaccines — which are then injected into children in huge numbers (over 100 vaccines given to a typical child) — turns them into chemical weapons being used to medically assault innocent children. Marrying this chemical weapons program with a junk food incentive program is the height of medical stupidity. Rewarding vaccines with toxic junk food?
Perhaps the most outrageous part of this entire eugenics scheme which may have already killed an unknown number of little black babies is that the reward for being injected with neurologically-damaging chemical vaccines is a gift certificate for disease-promoting “dead” junk food.
It’s clearly an encouragement for parents to feed their babies obesity-inducing junk food that will also promote diabetes (rampant among blacks), prostate cancer (super deadly among black men) and breast cancer (a huge money-maker for the criminal cancer industry which preys upon black women). Wash it down with a cocktail of phosphoric acid and aspartame — also known as a “diet soda” — and then give yourself even more cancer and heart disease with some fries!
This is what United Healthcare encourages its customers to do? Are they so stupid that they do not realize such eating habits will increase the health-related claims against their own company?
Obviously, if UnitedHealthcare actually wanted to improve the health of low-income children in Michigan, they would reward them with a bottle of nutritional supplements or superfoods. Give the kid some organic CocoChia bars from Living Fuel! Or buy some Boku Superfood for the family!
But no, the reward for being injected with chemical vaccines is more chemicals courtesy of the hormone-injected, antibiotics-laced, GMO-fed toxic processed beef garbage sold by McDonald’s. An astonishing two-thirds of all fresh chicken meat sold in grocery stores today is contaminated with salmonella. Diet soda is laced with aspartame, a chemical sweetener made from the feces of genetically engineered bacteria. “Natural” corn chips are made from genetically modified corn plants linked to widespread infertility when consumed by mammals.
Processed meats are laced with cancer-causing sodium nitrite and everything from soups to salad dressings is “enhanced” with the chemical excitotoxin known as MSG which promotes obesity.
Throughout the food industry, blueberries are faked using artificial colors, corn syrup and antifreeze liquids used to winterize vehicles. Milk fats are artificial modified through the process of homogenization, which makes them dangerous for human health.
The high fructose corn syrup used to sweeten sodas causes diabetes and is often contaminated with mercury. Chicken McNuggets are made with a chemical used in silly putty and the soy protein used in most protein bars is extracted using an explosive chemical called hexane.
The FDA says nothing about all this. Instead, the agency wants you to believe that the real danger in the food supply is found exclusively in raw dairy products which contain no additives or synthetic chemicals, by the way.
Yep: All the toxic chemicals and highly processed ingredients that cause cancer, diabetes, heart disease and nutritional deficiencies are all perfectly good for your health, the FDA says… because they’re dead!
OMG it’s alive!
Only LIVING foods, you see, pose a health risk according to the FDA. An FDA spokesperson was recently quoted in the NY Times claiming that raw milk causes children to become “paraplegics.” (Seriously, I’m not making this up.) Meanwhile, the FDA remains utterly silent on the far more alarming fact that children’s hot dogs are laced with cancer-causing sodium nitrite which causes a 300% increase in the risk of brain tumors.
The FDA, you see, has absolutely no concern whatsoever about truly dangerous foods. Almost any chemical in the food supply is fine with the FDA as long as it’s not actually alive.
If you’re a conventional foods manufacturer in the USA, you can quite literally dump huge quantities of cancer-causing chemicals directly into the food and the FDA won’t blink an eye. A little more cancer, after all, boosts the profits of the drug companies and the entire cancer industry, and that has been the FDA’s mission all along: To promote the financial interests of the drug companies which prey on sickness and disease.
In fact, much of the food being sold today that the FDA considered “safe” is actually made out of non-food synthetic chemicals or radically modified molecules that used to be food but are now closer to plastics. Partially-hydrogenated oils, for example, are a lot closer to plastic (which is a solid at room temperature) than oil (which is a liquid). That’s the whole point of hydrogenation: To make oils solid at room temperature. Care to guess what this does when those same hydrogenated fats are circulating around your bloodstream? Yep, they remain as solids there, too, sludging up your blood, clogging arteries and raising your blood pressure.
But the FDA has no problem with all that. Food companies can commit what is essentially mass genocide through the use of toxic food additives, and the FDA remains completely silent, with its hands over its eyes pretending to see nothing.
Meanwhile, people are dying every single day from preventable diseases caused by toxic food ingredients, dead foods, processed foods and pasteurized food products. The FDA, in openly allowing this to take place, is criminally negligent in the deaths of literally millions of people — far dwarfing the number of Jews murdered by the Nazi regime.
The FDA = Food and Death Administration
So don’t fall for the naive idea that the FDA is somehow interested in actual food safety. Get real! The FDA openly and arrogantly allows the American people to be poisoned en masse by the mainstream food supply being shipped and sold in grocery stores across American right now. What the FDA really doesn’t want happening is people waking up to the truth that raw milk is healthier than pasteurized milk. Because if that happened, people might start to question all the other dead, processed foods they’re eating, too.
And that might lead to a mass nutritional awakening and a revolution that would ultimately result in the arrest and prosecution of FDA tyrants — the very same people who have been criminally negligent in allowing the mass poisoning of the American people for all these years, you see. That’s what we really need: An armed Justice Department raid on the FDA! Put FDA commissioner Hamburg in shackles and parade her through the streets where all the tens of millions of people who have been damaged or maimed by toxic food ingredients can finally seek justice for the harm caused them by the FDA and the gang of unindicted criminals who run it.
That day is coming, by the way. Justice will arrive and those tyrants in government who have masterminded the mass poisoning of the American people will be held accountable for their crimes. The People will not forget, and the truth simply cannot be suppressed any longer. Thanks to the Rawesome Foods raid, it is now totally obvious to everyone that the FDA is waging a war of terrorism against the American people, and that this is a rogue agency which simply cannot be negotiated with.
