As tornadoes complete their march through America’s heartland, and earthquakes rattle the planet, questions as to the nature of these events are being raised anew, particularly among those aware of the capabilities of HAARP technology. Indeed, the more one understands about the levels of technological development achieved in the upper reaches of government and elitist corporations, the more one is forced to question what previously could be taken for granted as a natural occurrence.
Nevertheless, the very concept of man-made weather is simply too much for many stuck in mainstream tunnel vision to grasp. Admittedly, those of us not actually involved in the project, as a result of overwhelming secrecy and blatant refusal to divulge any real information on the HAARP system, are left to much speculation.
Some individuals may claim that HAARP is incapable of producing large-scale events. Others, however, find a way to blame virtually every natural disaster on the technology. In the end, the truth likely sits somewhere in between.
Regardless, there are individuals who have done amazing amounts of good research regarding HAARP with very little resources at their disposal. Obviously, these researchers have developed their own terminology and designation for the anomalies surrounding weather and HAARP events.
Specifically, terms like “Scalar Squares,” “HAARP Rings,” and “Stairstep Patterns” have become accepted nomenclature for many who follow the HAARP system and its effects on weather patterns and the environment.

“There is something seriously weird about HAARP.” –KTRN
It is indisputable that weather weapons have been considered as a means for agricultural and societal control. Elite grand master, Zbigniew Brzezinski, stated in his book Between Two Ages (1970) that “Technology of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm.” (Source) Moreover, it is a stated military goal to “Own the Weather by 2025.”
This HAARP facility and its substations scattered throughout the U.S. have been tracked by intrepid weather researcher Dutchsinse who has made some startlingly accurate predictions based on the tell-tale radar flares of these facilities, already linked to earthquakes in the area of the New Madrid seismic zone.
Beyond earthquakes, however, there is an increasing body of evidence to suggest that the injection of frequencies into storm systems can prolong, or intensify their output. The massive system that moved through the Dallas area yesterday seems to bear the signatures of a similar frequency injection that Dutchsinse has used to predict previous tornado outbreaks. The patterns show up as HAARP rings (circle sweeps) or scalar squares (square waves) which are pinpointed below.
Incidentally, I have two friends who live in the Dallas area and they observed very different cloud behavior than previous tornadic systems. Whether or not HAARP is to blame in this instance, the manipulation of earth’s ionosphere should not go without further open-minded study.

The Health Risks Behind Drop-Dead Gorgeous Hair

At salons everywhere, women swear by the “Brazilian keratins” – treatments that deliver a drop-dead gorgeous “do,” CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller reports.
Mary Ann Dodge, a client at Ziba Salon, said she did it “because with this humid weather, I turned into a Chia pet.”
The smooth, straight, celebrity look costs a few hundred but lasts for months.
But some of the hair-smoothing products contain formaldehyde – a chemical the Environmental Protection Agency considers a carcinogen. This week, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, recommended stylists stop using products with formaldehyde, which goes by a number of different names.
Stylist George Allen Patricio offers a gas mask to clients worried about the fumes.
Patricio said he doesn’t have a problem using the products knowing they have formaldehyde.
“Well, if they say they’re formaldehyde-free, and I believe them,” Patricio said.
But regulators found the toxin even in some products labeled formaldehyde-free.
The Trio Salon in Chicago is now switching brands. OSHA’s been in twice to measure formaldehyde levels in the store’s air.
“Most of these treatments contain a small amount of formaldehyde, and it’s important that OSHA finds it safe,” said Trio Salon owner Alex Ioannou.
It’s the second warning this week to women about the price of so-called perfect hair. A study by the Cleveland Clinic found that hair weaves that are too tight are a culprit in causing baldness and scarring in nearly 30 percent of African-American women.
Dr. Jeanine Downie, a dermatologist, said when patients come to her with balding and scarring, she hands over a box of tissues and talks to them about different wigs they can get.
“It’s done,” Downie said.
In the documentary “Good Hair,” comedian Chris Rock put the $8 billion black beauty-care business under the microscope, watching chemicals used in hair products dissolve metal.
Maybe the hottest new trend in hair care will be one that comes warning free.

Just when it seemed like it couldn’t get much worse on the price front – how can you top $4 a gallon gasoline? – comes news the cherished summer barbecue is about to get more expensive.
Contracts for future deliveries of corn, soybeans and wheat prices surged to the most permitted by the Chicago Board of Trade in a single day. Corn was up 4.5%, soybeans were up 3.25% and wheat was up 5%. So far in the past year, corn prices have risen by 87%, soybeans have jumped 41% and wheat has climbed 54% — thanks in part to bad weather in Russia and Australia, two major wheat producers. The surge in prices on the futures exchanges was in reaction to a report by the U.S. Department of Agriculture that stockpiles of corn measured at the beginning of March had fallen 15% from their levels a year ago.
Higher Grain Prices = Higher Meat Prices
The U.S. is the world’s largest consumer of corn. It seems to be in nearly everything — cereals, sweeteners and ethanol for our cars. Corn, and to a lesser extent soybeans, are also important for feeding livestock. According to the National Corn Growers Association, about 80% of all corn grown in the U.S. is consumed by “domestic and overseas livestock, poultry, and fish production.” So higher prices for these commodities means that prices for beef, pork and chicken are likely to go up as well down the road.
“It looks like these reports will extend the price rally we’ve seen, not only for food commodities that are directly manufactured from corn, soybeans and wheat but also livestock products that depend on those commodities,” says Darrel L. Good, a professor of agricultural and consumer economics at the University of Illinois.
“The real test will come this summer, when we have the highest seasonal prices, particularly of pork,” he says. “It looks like those prices could be sharply higher than we have ever experienced before.”
Revising the Grocery Bill Upwards
Compounding these price pressures are not only higher commodity prices, but also surging demand from foreign countries for U.S. beef and pork products. That’s mainly a result of the improving world economy., especially in India and China.
Art Barnaby, an agricultural economist at Kansas State University, says the economic upswing is also producing higher demand for steak at home in the U.S. — as families stop eating mac and cheese and other less expensive foods. Higher demand adds up to higher prices in the long run, he says, even without higher feed prices.
Just how much have beef and pork prices headed higher? Since last summer, beef has risen 27% and pork is up 32%. ‘That’s huge; we’ve never experienced cattle prices at this level,” says Good.
Ephraim Leibtag, an economist at the Department of Agriculture’s Economic Research Service, says his department has revised upwards its grocery price forecast for the coming year. It now expects prices to rise 4% in 2011.
“If commodity prices continue to rise or even stay at these high levels,” he says, “there’s an upside risk for future increases later on in the year. It could take several months before the higher commodity prices are reflected in higher meat price.”
Good says the reason that corn inventories are down so dramatically is the 2010 crop was smaller than in previous years — and that we’re consuming corn at a much faster rate than last year.
Overseas Demand Also Surging
It’s worth bearing in mind that it’s not just American consumers who are taking on the chin at the supermarket. According to the U.N.’s Food and Agriculture Organization, food prices surged 2.2% in February over January, with the FAO’s cereals index up 3.7% and meat up 2% in a single month.
The agency also warns the rise in oil prices could “further exacerbate an already precarious situation in food markets.”
This is particularly true in developing countries. It was a crisis over food price hikes that touched off a wave of demonstrations in Tunisia earlier this year — which eventually led to popular protests against governments in Egypt, Libya, Bahrain and Yemen.
